Deals dashboard

The Deals dashboard provides a summary view of your sales activity:

  • Active deals: Count and total value
  • Deals won this month: Realized revenue
  • Close rate: Percentage of deals won vs. total
  • Average deal size: Average value of a won deal

DealLines

Each deal can contain multiple lines for multi-product offers:

  • Product/Service: Line description
  • Quantity: Number of units
  • Unit price: Amount per unit
  • Total: Quantity x Unit price

This allows you to track revenue by product type and identify upsells.

Deal attribution

When a deal is marked "Won", Metrikia:

  • Records the revenue in CRM metrics
  • Links this revenue to the original lead's ad source
  • Recalculates the real ROAS of the related campaign
  • Updates the dashboard KPIs

This mechanism is what lets you see the real ROAS: revenue comes from signed deals, not estimates.

LTV (Lifetime Value)

Metrikia calculates LTV by aggregating all deals from the same lead. If a customer purchases multiple times, each purchase is linked back to the initial ad source.
